This project, located in El Dorado Hills CA consisted of removing an existing roof over a garage, increasing the existing foundations, and creating a new second floor area of approximately 800 square feet. The rear of the house was also extended and squared off to create additional space for an expanded kitchen remodel.

The beautifully matched bold colors with white contrast and brass contrast in the kitchen give it a modern appeal with a welcoming and creative aesthetic.
