We hired the K Squared team to design and complete a total remodel of the lobby, communal restrooms, and hallways of a 25,000 sf office building we own. The lobby was dated and tired, and required removing a TON of tile. Brenna came up with a beautiful concept for the space that truly transformed the whole building. When the work was done, the results exceeded our expectations! The execution was beautiful and we (along with our tenants) loved how everything turned out. These guys are full service-from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. They made the entire process of this huge project so easy and manageable. We had K Squared do a very extensive addition to our home. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them. They handled all of the permit issues, which I could not have even dreamed of taking care of. Brenna designed my dream master bath and made it so easy. The quality of work is great and all of the guys working in our home made us feel like they thought of it as their home and really took care of security, etc. Will use K Squared again for any other home construction needs.
