A compact house, and a list of things the clients wanted that a compact house does not easily give you. Most of it was solved by reconfiguring what was already there rather than adding to it.
The kitchen gained a four-foot by four-foot island with bookmatched waterfall edges down both sides, the grain mirrored across the two faces so it reads as one piece of stone.
In the family room, the fireplace and television wall is paneled in Dekton end to end. The result is modern and clean-lined without the room feeling stripped back.
